Mrs Oni I. Helen is a distinguished agripreneur with proven track record in high value crops and livestock production. She is a leading performer and highly motivated achiever with demonstrable expertise in training and leadership in business consulting. She is fully engrossed with a burning passion for youth development and women empowerment through agric-ventures. An outstanding people manager, mentor, excellent communicator, astute problem solver, IT expert and a reputed decision maker.

A graduate of Food Science and technology. She is also an Alumni of Lagos Business School.

She is the CEO of Blessed Farms and Foods; Bolmoj Ventures. She is a Senior business consultant with Century21Freedom Group and currently the Ekiti State project coordinator for Amazon Project working on helping women become financially secured through their training platform in the digital and connected economy.

She has worked both in government and private organization as a consultant on different entrepreneurship project. She spearheaded the establishment of Poultry, Moringa and Apiculture units of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development and Vocational Studies, Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti. She was a member of technical committee on Ekiti Youth Agenda {Agribusiness and Youth Empowerment) 2019.

Mrs Oni is highly celebrated in Southwest as an exceptional female agripreneur with an uncommon drive for food security and wealth creation through agribusiness ventures. She is an awardee of the highly celebrated Federal Government YouWin programme, she is a 2016 awardee of Cherie Blaire Foundation on Road to Growth for Women in Business and also the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program (TEEP 2016) winner and a mentor. She is also an awardee of Leading Ladies Connect (2018), THE CONVERGENCE (Largest Youth gathering in Ekiti) and many more. Mrs Helen Oni is recognised by the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for her outstanding achievement and leading role in promoting youth and women economic empowerment through agribusiness.

She is a business strategist, a motivational speaker, an author, a counsellor and an outstanding mentor. She delights in training and mentoring young people on how to start a successful business, be a sales Pro and run an outstanding business by taking advantage of social media marketing. She has an NGO YouCan Entrepreneurship Development Initiative which has produced successful entrepreneurs in Nigeria. She is the group head of SmartWomen Entrepreneurs and LetUsFarm. She came up with the project during the lockdown and she was able to train, mentor and empower over four thousand people online. She was highly celebrated for these initiatives.

She is a certified bee keeper with wealth of experience in beehive management and honey production. Her passion and commitment into youth and women empowerment through beekeeping earned her recognition by USAID which led to facilitating a volunteer training by a British expert in Honey Processing, Packaging, Marketing and Branding in February 2013, thereafter she established Women and Youth empowerment through Beekeeping which has been facilitating training for women and youth across the 16 Local Governments in Ekiti State.

Above all She is a wife and successful mother of three.
